June 2025 GHPB Commerce Club Luncheon

Join us at the Port Bureau's Commerce Club luncheon on Thursday, June 12, 2025, to discuss current and future state government policies, funding, and rulemaking. 

Port Bureau Chairman Vincent DiCosimo, Senior Vice President-Government Affairs, Targa Resources, will lead a panel with Texas Representative Briscoe Cain-D128 and Texas Representative Jon Rosenthal -D135 to discuss current and future state policies, funding, and rule making processes, etc., that will affect Texas and our industry. 

Vincent DiCosimo has served as an officer of Targa Resources since the acquisition of his company, Coast Energy Group LLC, in December of 2010. Prior to his current role, DiCosimo was Senior Vice President of Targa Petroleum Logistics, Targa Resources Corp. He previously served as founder and CEO of Coast Energy LLC/Cornerstone Propane (NYSE), co-founder and CEO of PipeStem Energy Group, Vice President of Marketing for Enterprise Products Partners, founder and CEO of RedMeteor LLC and founder, CEO and EVP of Cornerstone Propane and Coast Energy Group, LP (NYSE).

Representative Briscoe Cain represents Texas' House District 128 serves on the Texas House Committees on Agriculture & Livestock and Delivery of Government Efficiency. 

Representative Jon Rosenthal represents Texas' House District 135 and is in his fourth term, serving on the Energy Resources and Intergovernmental Affairs Committees, and is the Vice Chair of the Redistricting Committee.
