About Richard Brazzale & John Foster, American Institute for International Steel
About John Foster, Chairman
John D. Foster became Chairman of the American Institute for International Steel in 2010. He began his steel career with J&L Steel Corporation (now ArcelorMittal), and subsequently worked for CF&I Steel, (Evraz Rocky Mountain Steel), Ferrostaal, (later merged into Coutinho & Ferrostaal GmbH & Co., KG), and was eventually appointed CEO for C & F GmbH, focusing on the U.S. market. Foster now serves as President of Kurt Orban Partners LLC, a privately held steel trading company in the San Francisco Bay area.
About Richard Brazzale, Gulf Region Vice President
Richard serves as the Gulf Region Vice President for the American Institute for International Steel and is Managing Director of Lake Shores Associates LLC, a firm providing customs and trade compliance consulting services to the basic steel product importer and exporter industry. He has worked in a variety of steel industry segments internationally and domestically, including original equipment manufacturing, distribution, import/export trading, and integrated steel mill production.
