Intercontinental Terminals Company Names Kevin Oditt as Chief Compliance Officer

Intercontinental Terminals Company (ITC) has welcomed Captain Kevin Oditt, USCG (Ret.), as Chief Compliance Officer. Captain Oditt will provide leadership, direction and integration of compliance activities to fulfill the needs of ITC in supporting their Vision and Values
and in complying with all state and federal regulations. He will support existing and establish new standards and implement procedures to ensure compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing,
detecting and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Captain Oditt will oversee and direct the Safety, Health, Environmental & Security (SHE&S) and Operational Excellence departments as well as be responsible
for Government Relations, Industry and Port liaison and community outreach. He comes to ITC after retiring from more than 30 years of service in the Coast Guard, most recently fulfilling the mission of Commander, Sector Houston-Galveston from 2017-2020.
Captain Oditt is a graduate from the Coast Guard Academy, with a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and the University of Michigan, Rackham Graduate School, with a M.S. in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.
