Event Cancellation Policy
As a non-profit organization, the Port Bureau hopes you consider donating your ticket or event sponsorship back to the Port Bureau to support our advocacy efforts.
Commerce Club Luncheons and Seminars:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing no later than 72 hours before the start of the event for a full refund, transfer to another person, or transfer to a future event. Cancellation requests must be made to events@txgulf.org. Cancellation or transfer requests made after 72 hours before the start of the event or 'no shows' will not receive a refund or transfer.
Annual Maritime Dinner and Captain’s Cup Golf Tournament:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing no later than 45 days before the event date to receive a refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be made to events@txgulf.org. No refunds or credits are available for cancellations received less than 45 days before the event.
