Port Bureau Chairman Vincent DiCosimo, Senior Vice President-Government Affairs, Targa Resources, and Jerry Strickland, Principal and Texas Director at BGR, will discuss current and future state and federal government policies, funding and rulemaking processes, etc., that will affect Texas and our industry.

Vincent DiCosimo has served as an officer of Targa Resources since the acquisition of his company, Coast Energy Group LLC, in December of 2010. Prior to his current role, DiCosimo was Senior Vice President of Targa Petroleum Logistics, Targa Resources Corp. He previously served as founder and CEO of Coast Energy LLC/Cornerstone Propane (NYSE), co-founder and CEO of PipeStem Energy Group, Vice President of Marketing for Enterprise Products Partners, founder and CEO of RedMeteor LLC and founder, CEO and EVP of Cornerstone Propane and Coast Energy Group, LP (NYSE).

Jerry Strickland is Principal and Texas Director at BGR, where he practices at the federal, state, and local levels for federal/state legislative strategies. Leading BGR’s Austin office, he helps companies navigate government to position themselves for growth, assisting companies in passing legislation at the state and federal levels, navigating rulemakings before agencies, and positions clients in front of decision-makers at all levels of government.
