Annual Meeting & January 2025 Commerce Club Luncheon

Join us at our Annual Meeting and Commerce Club luncheon on Thursday, January 9th to hear Vincent DiCosimo, GHPB Chairman.

Vincent DiCosimo currently serves as an officer and Vice President of Government Affairs at Targa Resources.  He previously led the Petroleum Logistics division as Senior Vice President after Targa acquired his company.   Today he is active on several boards and associations.  He serves as  Chairman of the Greater Houston Port Bureau, Chairman of the Texas Pipeline Association, a Director of International Liquids Terminal Association, serves on the Liquid Energy Pipeline Association Leadership and PAC Committees, a Director of the New Mexico and Louisiana Oil and Gas Associations and Texas Oil and Gas board and PAC. He leads Targa’s state and federal PACs. He also represents Targa on the Greater Houston Partnership, North Dakota Petroleum Council, and the Petroleum Alliance and was the past Chairman of Sugar Land TIRZ Number One.

DiCosimo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from West Texas A&M University and attended the University of Houston for post graduate studies.
