NFPA Certified Marine Chemist #730, I do inspections on vessels needing cargo tank/ballast tank/fuel tanks/confined space entry for Class Surveyor's or tank cleaning operations as well as hot work prep inspections. I certify spaces on vessels that need hot work repairs and issue a Marine Chemist Certificate in accordance with NFPA 306 Standard for the Control of Gas Hazards on Vessels.
